Since 1986, Kentech Inc. has combined a unique blend of metal cutting, CNC, and machine shop experience with computer programming skills to develop an array of software products for the metalworking environment. Using years of experience gained "in the trenches", Kentech Inc. is known for creating REAL WORLD solutions for machine shops and we have the REAL WORLD experience to back it up. In addition to our software products, we offer services that put us in the shop every day, programming, setting up machines and training operators and programmers. We "touch and feel" the newest technology every day and put it in action. That's experience no many other companies can say they use to develop products.

Software Products:

Our manufactruing software and machine shop products include business software for quoting & estimating, machine shop scheduling and quotation tracking. Using our chip making and CNC experience, we created the only ture conversational CNC software for programming that is PC based, our KipwareMŽ and KipwareTŽ packages. Realizing that all machines are not created equal we created unique machine shop software like our KipwareXCŽ and CNC XChange packages that can convert on style and format of CNC program into any user defined syle and format, further aiding in rapid CNC programming, eliminating expensive post processors and enhancing our own conversational CNC software. Our KipwareEDUŽ CNC training software is used by individuals, technical schools, and corporations around the world.

Manufacturing Services:

Using the over 20 years we have "in the trenches", we provide our customers with REAL WORLD manufacturing servises as well. Our CONTRACT CNC PROGRAMMING service is used to either fill a gap or fill a need. For whatever reason, whether capability or time constraints, Kentech Inc. can either bring our portable CNC programming to your shop or provided the complete CNC package includind programming and set-up instructions over the web. If required, we can assist in fixture / workholding design and selection as well as cutting tool recommendations and selection. In this electronic age, we have all the tools to make our programming and engineering experience meld seamlessly into your shop to meet your needs and requirements.
